  Very dissapointed after using the salon for a number of years on my daughters prom the service received was very unprofessional. My daughter had a spray tan day before her prom and over night her back began to peel, I rung the salon who asked me to take her down. 2 Beauticians looked at her back and 1 advised it was due to sun burn under the tan whch had caused her back to peel, the other beautician advised there was a small patch of skin peeling when the tan was carried out. I would have expected if this was the case advice would have been given at this stage that it may peel and my daughter would have not had the tan done. No offer was made to repair the mess themselves, I was advised to ask her make up artist to cover her back with makeup. Leaving the salon I was dissapointed to say the least and rang back to ask if they could cover the peeling when I brought her back for her prom hair later that day to which they agreed. My daughter had set her heart on her prom style for months and I explained how she wanted her hair when I made the booking. When the stylist came to do her hair she and all the other stylists did not know how to do a waterfall plait and began to watch You Tube and attempt to carry out for the first time. Credit to the stylist for attempting the style as she could see the dissapointment on my daughters face however not a professional experience for my daughter or the stylist. The plait began to fall out before the prom and I had to recurl and palit her hair. After sending my concerns to the salon they offered a refund, I asked if this could be credited to my card to prevent another journey to the salon. My message was ignored, I sent another message which was also ignored. Today I rang the salon and was advised I would have to go out of my way again to the salon if I wanted the refund. Very unprofessional service and very dissapointed this salon has deteriated and I would NOT recommend
